Flaum, who specializes in new and better ways to grow business, is an Adjunct Professor of Leadership at the Fordham University Graduate School of Business where he chairs the Fordham Leadership Forum. His professional consulting career began in 2004 at Flaum Partners and continues at Flaum Navigators. Prior to that, he was Chairman of Euro RSCG Life, a worldwide network of 43 healthcare agencies. He presided over the growth of Euro RSCG Becker as it moved up to become the number two healthcare agency in the United States.  No stranger to brand-building challenges, he worked for 18 years at Lederle Laboratories (now Pfizer) where he was Marketing Director of prescription products, vaccines and generics. He serves on the board of Eagle Pharmaceuticals, The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, The James Cancer Center at the OSU Medical Center, and the Fordham Graduate School of Business. Twice Fordham MBA’s commencement speaker (2001 and 2011), he has been awarded The Ohio State University’s Professional Achievement Award and the OSU Pacesetter Business Leadership award.  He earned his BA from The Ohio State University and his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He serves as a New York City Venture Fellow, training young entrepreneurs in business creation and marketing.
